I think there’s something wrong with my tracking information
If you see that your package seems to be going to the wrong destination please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away and we will make sure to correct the issue and get your package redirected to the correct destination. When tracking your package, if you notice that the location has not been updated in a while it probably just missed a scan, and there is no need to worry. However, if you package does not arrive by the expected date please contact us at email@example.com and we will contact Canada Post on your behalf to investigate the delay.
Will there be a Signature Required to deliver my order?
By default, we require a signature for all of our deliveries for added security. However, if you would prefer not to require a signature for delivery, please let us know. Without a signature required, please note that Earth’s Edibles will not be liable for any loss or damage that might occur.
What if my package doesn’t arrive?
If your package did not arrive by the expected date, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will report the issue to Canada Post. If we find that your package did not make it to due an issue that was caused by our actions, we will resend your order at no additional cost to you.
If your order arrives late due to Canada Post delays, it will not be eligible for a postage refund.
What sort of Packaging do you use?
Our packaging is discrete and vacuum sealed to ensure your privacy. Since many of our products are perishable or require refrigeration, our packaging is designed to keep your items at a temperature of 2°C to 8°C for up to 48 or 96 hours. We guarantee that your items will be received within two days of shipment.
