We are open for business Monday – Friday from 9:30AM to 5PM PST. We are closed Saturday and Sunday and for all nationally recognized public holidays.

Is it safe to order from Earth’s Edibles?
We offer our users a safe and convenient way to access medical marijuana. We do not sell our products to minors and operate under strike confidentiality and security protocols. The legalization of marijuana in Canada is in early stages. Currently in Canada, any individual, business, corporation or organization can apply for a federal license to produce, distribute or sell marijuana as a web-based mail-order online business. Many online sellers have yet to undergo this procedure. We are not currently operating with a federal license. Technically, there is a risk for buyers and sellers operating without a licence but unlicensed online sellers have been operating successfully and without legal ramifications for many years. We are staying informed of the legal shifts in this industry as they come and we will continue to work to keep our clients or ourselves safe in this changing environment.
Can I change my order after purchase?
Changes to orders can only be made prior to purchase. If more items are needed, please create a new order for your additional items rather than cancel your original order. You may cancel your order before your purchase is shipped and make a new order. If you need to cancel your order, please email us with your name and the order number you would like to cancel. To stop an e-transfer for a canceled order, you will need to do so through your bank.
How does shipping work?
We ship all our products through private courier. Orders are typically delivered within 1 – 3 days from the date of purchase.
How does Interac E-transfer work?
This is an option that Canadian banks and credit unions offer as a way to send money to individuals of companies. It’s a quick and easy process that only takes a few minutes. Please send your E-transfer to email@example.com. The security question and answer will be provided in the checkout process after your order has been placed. Your bank will have more information on the details of how this is done through your particular institution.
What happens after I send my E-transfer?
The time it takes for E-transfers to arrive varies across financial institutions. In some cases, it can take up to 40 minutes for the email notification to arrive. Your E-transfer will be listed as “Pending” until it has been received and deposited. If your payment is received by 12:00 PM PST Monday to Friday, we will ship your order that day. Otherwise, it will be shipped to you on the next business day. When your order is shipped we will send you a confirmation email to confirm your order is on its way.
How much will shipping cost?
We provide free shipping for orders of $100 or more. Orders that include any frozen goodies will be charged a frozen food shipping fee of $20 regardless of the subtotal. For orders under $100 a flat shipping rate of $20 will be applied.
Do you charge tax?
Taxes will be applied to your order in the checkout phase. The tax rate depends on that of the province to which you are having your order shipped.
What types of payment do you take?
Payments are made by Interac E-transfer. E-transfers are made via online banking through a Canadian bank or Credit union. Please send your E-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org. The security question and answer will be provided in the checkout process after your order has been placed. After payment has been received we will proceed with the shipment of your order. In order to have your order shipped on the same day, payment must be made during business days (Monday-Friday) by 12pm PST (3pm EST). What is the difference between Sativa and Indica?
The two main types of cannabis plants are Indica and Sativa. These are also referred to as strains which both have unique medicinal effects. The two strains can also be combined to create hybrids of the two. These combinations are developed to address a wide range of specific health and medicinal issues. Indica has more of a relaxing effect while Sativa is more uplifting and energizing. Effects of Indica: – Gives a body high – Relieves muscle aches – Helps with insomnia – Alleviates anxiety, stress and depression – Good for bedtime Effects of Sativa: – A cerebral high – Uplifting – Stimulates creativity – Increases focus – Alleviates depression – Can help fight migraines – Good for daytime
I think there’s something wrong with my tracking information
If you see that your package seems to be going to the wrong destination please contact us at email@example.com right away and we will make sure to correct the issue and get your package redirected to the correct destination. When tracking your package, if you notice that the location has not been updated in a while it probably just missed a scan, and there is no need to worry. However, if you package does not arrive by the expected date please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact Canada Post on your behalf to investigate the delay.
Will there be a Signature Required to deliver my order?
By default, we require a signature for all of our deliveries for added security. However, if you would prefer not to require a signature for delivery, please let us know. Without a signature required, please note that Earth’s Edibles will not be liable for any loss or damage that might occur.
What if my package doesn’t arrive?
If your package did not arrive by the expected date, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will report the issue to Canada Post. If we find that your package did not make it to due an issue that was caused by our actions, we will resend your order at no additional cost to you. If your order arrives late due to Canada Post delays, it will not be eligible for a postage refund.
What sort of Packaging do you use?
Our packaging is discrete and vacuum sealed to ensure your privacy. Since many of our products are perishable or require refrigeration, our packaging is designed to keep your items at a temperature of 2°C to 8°C for up to 48 or 96 hours. We guarantee that your items will be received within two days of shipment.
